Salem, 5 September 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Healthwatch marked its 16th anniversary with a vibrant and memorable edition of Wavepool 2026<\/strong> in Salem, bringing together its people, leaders, and well-wishers for an evening of celebration, camaraderie, and reflection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Salem celebration was a tribute to Healthwatch\u2019s journey over the past 16 years \u2014 a journey built on innovation, commitment, teamwork, and a shared passion for making a difference in cardiac healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The evening was filled with energy and excitement, featuring lively cultural performances, music, games, laughter, and moments of togetherness. The celebrations gave employees an opportunity to step away from their everyday roles, come together as one Healthwatch family, and create lasting memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founder and CEO, Dr. (Hon) S. Senthil Kandeepan<\/strong>, addressed the gathering and reflected on Healthwatch\u2019s journey, recognising the dedication and contribution of its people who have played an important role in shaping the organisation over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wavepool 2026 \u2013 Salem<\/strong> celebration also highlighted the strong sense of teamwork and belonging that continues to define Healthwatch. From enthusiastic performances to spirited participation, the evening showcased the talent, creativity, and camaraderie of the Healthwatch family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The celebrations also included recognition and awards for employees, acknowledging individuals and teams for their commitment, contribution, and dedication to the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
