The event marked not just another milestone, but a tribute to the people and purpose that have powered Healthwatch since 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\">Held at a packed venue, the celebration brought together Healthwatch staff, families, and well-wishers from across Chennai and neighboring regions. The evening featured an engaging mix of cultural performances, awards, team reflections, and a keynote address by Founder &amp; CEO, Dr (Hon) S. Senthil Kandeepan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\">\u201cWe\u2019ve built this company one heartbeat at a time,\u201d Dr Kandeepan shared during his speech. \u201cChennai holds a special place in our journey\u2014being home to some of our most impactful innovations and initiatives.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\">One highlight of the event was the recognition of outstanding contributors\u2014individuals who\u2019ve helped shape the company\u2019s mission with commitment, compassion, and skill. Awards were presented across categories, including excellence, tenure, and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\">The Chennai celebration also spotlighted Healthwatch\u2019s local impact, particularly through <strong>CHC Pharmacy<\/strong>, its growing primary healthcare arm that now serves communities across the city with pharmacy, diagnostics, and home-based
