Read on to find out!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\">I decided to write the most common misconceptions about leadership and to tell you exactly how to lead people in the workplace. So let\u2019s understand a few things clearly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>A leader is different from a boss<\/strong>: A boss gives orders that must be followed and so isn&#8217;t usually loved by his subordinates. He must step into their shoes so that he can learn how to best motivate them and lead them.
